A New Life for Sammy

Sometimes, people can become trapped by circumstances, and end up in dire straits.

Sammy was manager of a car carwash when an employee's accident caused the building to be destroyed.

One hard hit led to another, and he has been homeless since September, sleeping on the floor of the Port Authority bus terminal in New York City.

Not letting life defeat him, Sammy has kept busy as a volunteer helping immigrants resettle and find jobs.

Sammy needs to get a place to stay so he can get a job and continue to help others.
