Liberty Van for Chase.

Chase has a rare form of Cerebral Palsey, and although he is completely missing his cerebellum he can see and speak. This in and of itself is a medical mystery!

He is a huge Sabres and Bills fan just like his daddy and brother Alex. His father passed a few years ago and his mom is also disabled, so they can't afford an accessible vehicle on their own.
