Mady's Wheelchair Van

Mady was two years old when we noticed she was struggling walking and began to crawl again.

 We took Mady to several doctors and she ensured a ton of testing. Mady was eventually diagnosed with Metachromatic leukodystrophy. MLD is a rare degenerative disease that is fatal in all cases.

Mady continues to beat her doctors estimations every day. However Mady has lost her ability to walk, talk, see. Everything. She uses a feeding pump and has a tracheostomy. She can still hear and sense around her and responds with a fantastic smile. Her mind is still there. Mady loves to go out and about but is quickly outgrowing our current vehicle and her special car seat. She loves the zoo, she loves live music she loves just going places and meeting people.

An accessible van for us to roll her chair in and out would be a huge relief. Not only for doctor's appointments but to take her out and live life.
