Shanda and Jennifer's Wheelchair Van

Shanda has Rett Syndrome and Jennifer has CP.

Shanda is non mobile and Jennifer has used a wheelchair in the past but hasn't needed one for many years. Now her knees are worn out and she faces knee replacement surgery. She needs a wheelchair when we go on any trip that requires walking very far.

We need a wheelchair van to get the girls back and forth to appointments and activities. We have funding secured for the lift but it has stipulations on a van no older than 2 years and less than 20k miles. Our hope is to get a new Sienna base model (no reason for fancy bells and whistles that may have to be removed for a lift). Then use the grant to pay for the lift.

My husband and I are not getting younger we are in our 50s and last summer my husband, their daddy had a mild stroke. I work but it covers the bills but not much else.
